資訊化的迷思

資訊化只是促成資訊流通的手段、工具，不應是目的。舉例來說，要將公眾訊息周知，不見得一定要建置網站、手機 APP，資訊化不見得是最佳解。

像高雄市，透過垃圾車廣播來宣達公眾訊息，高明許多！
